Bill McMillan focuses his practice in all areas of real estate finance and creditor’s rights and has extensive experience in finance transactions with emphasis on both portfolio lending and structured finance transactions. Mr. McMillan has represented lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate finance transactions, syndicated credits, letters of credit, acquisition financings, and general asset-based lending transactions. He regularly assists clients in lending against all property types, including multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, health care, and condominium properties. Mr. McMillan has also represented lenders in resolution of troubled assets, including restructuring debt obligations and exercise of legal remedies.
